DONATIONS AND SPONSORSHIP
People with disabilities find that Cricket is a very suitable sport to play. Players who play competitively never envisaged that this was possible and quickly discover that their lives are altered. They achieve goals previously thought not possible. In order to enable more and more people with mixed disabilities to enjoy this experience we are launching the following initiative.
We offer the post of Vice President in return for a sponsorship of £1,000.
We are looking for company sponsorship of the Federation to add to our existing sponsorship to expand our programme.
N.B. We are determined to raise sponsorship for a World cup competition and our aim is to have cricket in 2012 Paralympics. Vice Presidents and Company sponsors would be advertised on the internet and on our major programmes and publicity.
Private donation however small will be gratefully received. All monies raised in this initiative will be used purely for the development to our players with disabilities. Donation can be sent payable to the C.F.P.D. at the Royal Bank of Scotland, 6, The Square, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY1 1LA Telephone +44 (0) 1743 231113 or to the Director of Operations
CFPD – Books available by clicking here
We are extremely to Mr. Nigel Wray of the Priory Foundation and Saracens who has sponsored the C.F.P.D. annually since 1994. The CFPD would not have been able to expand and develop the sport without his continuing support.
